Prices, Payment, Terms & Conditions 2011/2012

Byre Cottage, Stable Cottage and Kirkland Lodge


Our prices include linen, towels, heating and hot water. There is a nominal allowance of electricity which is never exceeded but serves to encourage non-wasteful use of power. All accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. We aim to provide a home from home with lots of extra touches to make your stay enjoyable. There are no extra booking fees, agency commission or credit card surcharges.

A deposit of £100 per week is payable on booking with the balance due at the start of your holiday.

Cheques accepted. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Euro and JCB cards accepted. Secure online payment facility available.

Byre Cottage and Stable Cottage. The prices are per cottage, per week, for up to four adults sharing plus a cot. Additional adults using the bed settee £50 per week per person. There is no charge for an additional child.

Kirkland. The prices are for up to 3 Adults sharing plus cot. Kirkland does not have the space for additional adults or children.

Our changeover day is Friday during mid and high season. During low season, we can be more flexible.

Low Season
November, December, January, February, March (excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter)
£250 per week

Mid Season
April, May, June, September & October
£350-£395 per week (£25 discount for two week bookings)

High Season
July, August, Christmas and New Year
£495-£535 per week (£50 discount for two week bookings)

Short Breaks

During low season, short breaks of 3 or more days can be booked. In Mid and High Season the minimum let is 4 days and only available for last minute bookings.

Cancellation

If you have to cancel your booking within six weeks of the start of the holiday, the deposit (£20 to cover advertising costs and administration), will be returned if we are able to re-let the accommodation.

If you have to cancel your booking more than six weeks before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be returned (less £20 to cover advertising costs and administration).
